Junior High Math teacher
I graduated from Pampa High School in 1997. During my Junior and Senior summer break, I attended Clarendon College. I then went to West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX where I graduated in 2001.
I received my degree in Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Studies. I am certified to teach Grades 1-8 in Mathematics and 1-8 General Classroom, I also have my ESL Certification.
In 2002 I taught 3rd Grade at Carver Academy in Amarillo. I then taught for 2 years at Woodrow Wilson Elementary in Pampa. I stayed at home with my children for a little while. I returned to teaching in 2013 to teach 3rd Grade at Lefors Elementary. I taught for the next 4 years in Pampa at Travis Elementary. I returned to Lefors and taught 3,4,5 Science and Social Studies for 3 years. This year is my first year teaching Junior High Math.
I have been married to my husband for 16 years. We have 3 children. Our oldest son is 22, our middle son is 14, and our daughter is 13 years old. We have a dog who's name is Lucky.
When I am not teaching I enjoy watching my children play sports. I also like to golf in my spare time.
