Today, October 14th at 2:10pm, the staff and students at Lefors School participated in a lockdown drill. The purpose of the drill was to prepare our students and staff for any emergency that may occur where it may be necessary for us to lock down our campus.
In preparation for the drill, staff told students that we are practicing being safe just as we do for tornado and fire drills.
Safety is our top priority at Lefors ISD. We conduct drills because we want students and staff members to be safe as well as develop an awareness of their roles in these various scenarios.

Thank you for donating to Jerry Trolin's cause! The latest update is they did not find cancerous cells as of the last appointment. However, he had another surgery this week, and he and his family are still searching for answers.

Tour the Mobile STEM Lab and visit with teachers. We will have hotdogs, chips, and water in the cafeteria. The Title 1 and Safety meetings will start at 5:00pm in the Auditorium.
All adults must sign in at the front office of the High School to get a badge before entering the buildings. The office will be open from 4:00pm-7:00pm.

It is game day!!
We will have our first Pep Rally at 3:15pm in the Basketball Gym that will include our future cheerleaders from our Pirate Spirit Camp. Parents planning to attend must check in at the front office to get a badge in order to attend. Please arrive early so that you don't miss anything!
Bandits will kick off at 5:00pm and Pirates will kick off at 7:00pm. Both teams are playing against Follett in Lefors.
Admission to the games can be paid at the gate. $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for kids. We look forward to seeing the Pirate Nation this evening!!
